Position mission:

In Business Planning , our purpose is to be the brain of a vibrant and profitable organization by serving our users providing insightful visualizations for strategic discussion using innovative technologic improvements, making the complex, simple and leading consciously.

The mission of this position is to identify, anticipate, and solve complex business problems from strategy to execution, balancing big picture / long term vision with detail oriented tasks. The position is expected to control the assigned financial status of the company, leveraging technical knowledge for data gathering, simplification for dashboard visualization, and collaboration for leading stakeholders to achieve targets.

Responsabilities of the position:

Financial Planning and Analysis: Anual/Mid-term plan, monthly expense/labor control, identify the cause of any unexpected variances, lead action plan as countermeasure, control forecast, and top management reporting/recommendations.

Technological advances: everage technical knowledge for data gathering, analytics, and BI tools for simple visualization of information.

Financial Processes: reformation of the indirect processes of the company to gather information, with long term strategy for system improvement.

Number of subordinates: 2

Hybrid mode: 8 days of home office per month.

This position is located in Apodaca.

¿What do you need to apply for this position?

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Finance, Economics, International Business, Business Administration, Data analytics.

Master degree is a plus.

More than 4+ years of experience in similar positions.

English fluent.

Proficiency in Office (excel, powerpoint), BI tools (DOMO, Power BI)

Technical knowledge: financial mathematics/economics for P&L analysis

Expert in Excel, knowledge about data analytics - previous experience in business intelligence visualization - proactive mindset to find unexpected variances and lead the countermeasure action plan. Communication for cross functional team leadership.
