Position Sr Process Engineer

Requirements:

Fluent English - advanced.

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electronical, Engineer or similar career (certificated)

Minimum 5 years of experience in Rubber Process.

Minimum 2 ramp up experience.

Responsibilities

This position will assist the plant in all areas of manufacturing requiring close contact and coordination.

Lead the efforts in the installation, testing and the upgrades to, the latest, most value added equipment, controls, and technology.

Demostrated expertise on work insutructions development and operators training.

Demonstrated expertise in more than two complex manufacturing processes and ability to multiply the knowledge of said processes at a detailed level.

Perform and direct standard statistical analysis of manufacturing processes.

Use manufacturing knowledge and experience to help make related decisions.

Assist manufacturing employees in team problem solving and elimination of customer complaints and processing issues.

Assist the Maintenance Department in developing Preventive Maintenance, procedures and programs.

Assist Operation and Maintenance area in diagnosing equipment failures and corrective actions.
