YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for the coordination and analysis of the technical requirements of our customers and the development of the system concept with an interdisciplinary team consisting of hardware, software and design.
• The evaluation of technical changes and the development and implementation of appropriate solutions.
• Bundle the know-how of the functions represented and represent these functions in the project team and in the direction of the customer.
• Define the system breakdown in terms of hardware, software and design and commission their project-specific development System characteristics.
• Analyze correlations and effects and ensure the reliable realization of system properties and release defined component configurations after testing.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed degree in Mechatronics Engineering, or physics with a reinforcement in the areas of design, lighting technology or electronics and have strong analytical thinking.
• More than three years of experience in the development of electronic, optical or mechanical systems and will become an expert in at least one of these disciplines.
• In the direction of a (sub) project development, you can already prove and trust the next step in the management of multidisciplinary design teams with high demands on your leadership skills.
• These distinct communicative skills facilitate your successful management of multi-continental projects with both: internal and external contacts
• Fluent English as well as a high disposition to travel and mobility.
