As a Production Head, you will manage technical aspects of PPG Architectural Coatings products, including formulas, specifications, and test methods. Under the supervision of the Manager, you will solve production problems and improve manufacturing process to improve all the process. Participate to Oracle data clean up. You will report to the Manager of Manufacturing Support and this role is located in Acolman site

Key Responsibilities

• You will Manage the receiving operations, centralized plant, and overall order management process through the operations team

• Control the production operation south area centralized warehouse

• Seek best practice through of the different areas about Site Plant

• You will lead strategic KPI's and metrics about the Plant

• Lead all continuous improvement strategies

• You will report the updated status to your different client group

• you will report to the Manager site

• You will lead all the supply chain process

• Ensure the accomplishment of designed projects within foreseen time limits under minimum management

• Develop a plant operating plan that is consistent with and supports the business plan

• Determine what resources are required to implement the operating plan and then secure them

• Ensure standards for product quality, equipment and operator performance are established, maintained and improved & that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production

Qualifications

• At least ten years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience, with at least three years of experience

• Experience for at least 3 years in Plants

• Industrial Engineer, Bachelor's Degree

• Languages English fluid

• Number of Years' experience at least 3 years

• Numbers of years of experience at least one year in P & M

• Workplace on Site
