Your role at Baxter

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Spec, IT-Global ERP Product Development to join our diverse team at Baxter Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions that meet the needs of our collaborators.
What you'll be doing
- Analyze business requirements to determine the needs of our collaborators
- Design Develop, test, and implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions
- Ensure that the software meets the needs of our partners
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain user documentation, as well as, Provide technical support and tackle issues for ERP software solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or experience
- At least 2 years of experience in ERP software development
- Knowledge of JD Edwards 9.2, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Orchestrator studio, SQL and REST services (desired)
- Demonstrable experience in developing, testing, and implementing ERP software solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superb communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
