The main goal is to drive a sustainable go to market strategy for modern channel.


It's responsible to lead and follow up the strategy for this channel, including portfolio, promotional, channel / customer and ecommerce plans to achieve business objectives and achieve profitability and guarantee on time executions at point of sale.


Will manage and measure the in-market delivery of the brand plans and work with the commercial teams to deliver excellence in store (off and online).


What will you do?


? ·       Lead Portfolio Strategy to guarantee the best product in the right channel attending to customers and shopper's profile

·       Develop promotional and pricing strategy for portfolio brand, looking for profitable sell-out growth

·       Create shelf strategy per customer format by category management to maximize profitability at point of sale and shopper needs

·       Identify necessary Point of Sale tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction in a profitable way

·       Work closely with the Brand Managers and KAMS to enhance processes linking brand building activities with sales activities ensuring they are based on relevant shopper insights

·       Data analysis and planning for accurate decision making

·       Financial KPIs analyze (Revenues, Variable Margin, OP)

·       Weekly analysis of sell out, sell in, inventories, sell thru, pricing and distribution

·       Ensure excellence in execution working as a team with other areas of the organization

·       Build and support strategic business relationships with Customers to maximize Hasbro presence in store and retailers touch points

·       Provide guidance and support to sales in the execution of their plans to deliver results at POS

·       Meeting with clients and collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments (marketing assistants, marketing managers, KAMS, KAES, Finance, and operations managers, etc…)

·       Leadership of cross functional teams

·       Manage a team of multifunctional people working on company objectives.


Requirements:


•3 years' experience in TMO/CSM/Sales/Mkt areas in the following industries: Toy/FMCG/Entertainment/Retail/E-commerce

Omnichannel development strategies and execution experience

•Expertise in marketing program development for retailers

•Trade marketing strategy implementation and execution at e-commerce

•Experience coordinating POS events

•Experience of briefing design agencies and/or 3rd parties

•Retail environment understanding

•Channel management, category management and pricing

•Create strategies shopper oriented?
