What will you do as a Bilingual Agent?

-You will handle middle and back-office activities and be responsible for various member service inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers who call.

-You will develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products to provide accurate and timely information to our customers.

-You will achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPIs.

What do you need to join our team?

-Advanced/Excellent English (written and spoken level).

-Minimum experience of 8 months in call center or contact center.

-Excellent communication skills, offering solutions with a positive attitude.

-Location: Mexico city

What do we offer?

-Base salary: from $12,500 MXN.

After the 3rd month:

-Base salary: $13,900 MXN (before taxes) + $2,000 in bonus + life insurance + major medical expenses insurance + $1,400 MXN in food coupons.
