About the Role The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role on the Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) team. Primary responsibility is driving JumpCloud's core reporting, dashboard, and analytics. You will support stakeholders across all company's business units (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Growth, UX, Customer Success, Product) and partner with various technical teams (Enterprise Support Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering) to create impactful, cross-functional, and organization-wide insights. A successful candidate will be passionate about data. You can balance and appropriately prioritize multiple projects, you are not afraid to ask difficult questions in an ambiguous environment, and can coordinate execution across various stakeholders.
