Your mission ?? As a Technical Account Manager, your role is to lead our customers to unlock the full potential of the Equativ platform. You will focus on technical project management and high-level consulting to our clients working closely with the Key Account Management team What You'll do ?? Build, maintain, and grow client engagement to maximize customer journey and be their trusted Technical Account Manager You will be responsible for the growth and success of strategic Publisher accounts in the LATAM region Provide pre and post-sales technical assistance and become a subject matter expert to support clients in their technological choices Liaise with the Product, Analytics, Quality, and other teams to meet client's needs Identify ways to improve the operational effectiveness of current processes and propose solutions to elevate efficiency Proactively identify revenue opportunities and take ownership to partner with relevant stakeholders Work on projects with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility About You ?? Bachelor / Master Degree in Technology or similar technical field of study 4+ years of experience in a Technical role, preferably Ad Tech Experience in web development (HTML, JS, SQL) or technical solutions consulting Knowledge of Adservers & Programmatic Buying and Selling is a plus Familiar with IAB standards like openRTB, GDPR, Ads.txt, Supply Chain Object, etc is a plus OTT/CTV knowledge is a strong plus Entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to identify opportunities for improvement Problem-solver and multitasker who remains cool under pressure ??
