We are looking for a Senior HR Manager LATAM to join our Mexico-based team to support our Spanish speaking countries. You will have experience coordinating with stakeholders across the company, from other teams, offices, countries, and regions. While you have projects that excite you and that you want to focus on, you also want to be able to stay involved in a wide range of tasks and aspects of the business. You know, as we do, that the responsibilities of an HRBP change from day to day! We are excited about helping you find the right projects that interest you. Responsibilities Work closely with the Head of People to grow, mentor, and develop the HRBP team. Advise local leadership on people matters related to performance management and employee relations. Partner with HR ops team colleagues to create and innovate HR practices. Analyze workforce information and employment issues, as well as provide consultation and coaching to business leadership teams in HR policies and procedures. Work with the local country managers to build an engaging, open and fair culture through culture programs, employee relationship issue handling, and leadership coaching.
