This Role PayJoy is hiring a Risk Analyst in Mexico who will help us scale PayJoy's point of sale phone finance lending portfolio in Mexico, LATAM, and other global markets. The right candidate will be self-driven, ambitious, and data driven, looking to have a big impact at a fast growing startup. The right candidate will also be deeply motivated by PayJoy's mission to empower the next billion smartphone users. As Risk Analyst you will use PayJoy's data warehouse to build analysis, policy recommendations, and dashboards that optimize risk outcomes across PayJoy's portfolio of credit products and countries. In addition to building datasets and dashboards you will be focused on defining actionable next steps that improve product profitability and risk KPIs. You will work directly with and provide data leadership for a broad set of teams including: Executives, Product, Engineering and Go to Market.
