Description

Responsibilities
§ Establish and own the technology strategy and roadmaps for our end to end customer experience and
commercial systems. This includes patient and caregiver interaction solutions (portals, web-sites, etc.),
customer support solutions, as well as sales and marketing operations and our customer identity and
access management systems and APIs.
§ Define the E2E CX technology strategy by identifying business needs, defining the needed capabilities,
and developing a roadmap that supports those needs and capabilities.
§ Create architecture, design, and technology requirements specifications and acceptance criteria.
§ Provide technical guidance to the software engineering team to drive development of robust solutions
that are in line with business objectives
§ Drive application integration with third party applications, both commercial off the shelf systems and inhouse
developed web and mobile applications and APIs in line with the technology roadmap.
§ Serves as a technical expoert to business analysts and QA as they build technology-based use cases
and acceptance criteria.
§ Ensure that operations is properly monitoring the infrastructure and performance of systems and
resolving issues
§ Ensure compliance with security all applicable regulations
§ Drive innovation by identifying new technologies and solutions that can be used to improve capabilities,
efficiency, performance, maintainability, and cost reduction for support and operations.
§ Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development life cycle, includes working with business
users, technical architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the data meets the needs of all
stakeholders.
§ Lead enterprise architecture forums, review boards, working groups, and contribute to standards
development and oversight.

Profile

Required Skills and Competencies
§ Significant experience with senior leadership of Salesforce application development and implementation, including CRM, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Customer Experience Cloud. Other CRM and customer interaction technologies can be considered depending on experience.
§ Significant experience with customer identity and entitlement solution and identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, Open ID Connect, FIDO, and SCIM
§ Significant experience with enterprise system integration methodologies including RESTful APIs and API management systems, EDI, etc.
§ Experience with structured enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
§ Experience mentoring development and implementation teams with requirements analysis, technical and professional skills
§ Experience with Agile processes
§ Knowledge of networking, .NET, JAVA, RESTful APIs, LDAP, RDBMS and AWS
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Nice to have: Experience with Aquia/Drupal WebCMS
§ Nice to have: Experience with Mulesoft

Education and Experience
§ Engineering Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
§ 15+ years of relevant IT or product development experience
§ Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry a plus
