Creative Collaboration: Work with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that enhance brand engagement and reach. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content performance metrics to gauge success and areas for improvement. Utilize analytics to optimize future content strategies. Research and Adaptation: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in content creation or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing multimedia capabilities. Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and management tools. Strong writing and storytelling skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in an engaging manner. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. A good eye for detail, aesthetics, and a knack for visual storytelling. Experience with SEO principles and best practices. Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. A proactive and inventive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
