BUYER/PURCHASING SPECIALIST, ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY

Important manufacturing electronical card company is looking for:

Knowledge:

• Procurement
• Supplier Management

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, (Word and Excel), Windows and PowerPoint
• Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Managing supply issues through to resolution, minimizing the effect of any problems on the supply chain
• English advanced

Functions description (Activities):

• Work closely to suppliers / vendors for price negotiation and better payment terms
• Coordinate with internal depts. to support the Sales & Marketing requests and orders
• Follow up RFQ , order processing , system update , RTV and material expediting for problem/critical parts that reported from MMG
• Assist to Purchasing Manager on ad hoc assignments
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Have strong sense of responsibilities & commitment
• Able to work well with internal & external parties
• Follow-up to AWB with supplier
• Follow-up Invoice and payment
• Tracking Receipt Goods in WKKQ Warehouse
• Weekly meetings with each of the Suppliers to Report and Follow up on Actions
• Weekly meeting with Tracking in Customs and suppliers
