Overview:
Manage Corporate Credit Card administration. IT procurement assistance for LatAm and Europe. OnBase Contract Management. Assist with Cell phone administration.
Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not limited to):
· Assisting and supporting the IT teams in the procurement of products and services. Including software license administration and assistance with yearly renewals.
· Responsible for Global IT Administration tasks
· Administer and provide optimal customer service support for corporate card holders.
· Assist employees with opening and terminating corporate card accounts.
· Process check requests through Readsoft for reimbursements when necessary for current or terminated employees
· Assist with OnBase Contract Management. Adding, updating, and deleting contracts from OnBase program. Reviewing expired contracts and contacting lease owner for updates.
· Assist with Cell Phone administration and monthly invoice reconciliation and allocation.
· Backup team members when they are out of the office.
· Assist in any other areas of global procurement when necessary.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
· Business Administration – 1 + year experience
· Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communicator, able to communicate with team members, management personnel, and end users throughout the organization.
· Organization Skills—Exceptional organization skills, Able to organize workload effectively.
· Customer Service- Strong customer service abilities, able to assist internal customers with any questions or concerns, to assist in resolving any issues.
