Job summary
Identify and manage PC&L productivity projects with plant teams.
Scope
• Improve performance of industrial supply chain
• Lead cost improvement action plan for Industrial Supply Chain for all facilities (Europe, North América, Asia)
• Work with plants to improve.
• Working Capital: Stock level and accuracy
• Contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Reports to Industrial Supply Chain Director
• Organization: OPERATIONS/SUPPLY CHAIN
Main activities
• Lead MIFD/VSM activities, contribute to corresponding action plans.
• Identify and manage PC&L productivity projects with plant teams.
• Contribute to plant industrial master plans.
• Manage technical projects as AGV, automations, Handling devices … + associated CI plans.
• Optimize Forklift and Handling devices fleet (quantitative and qualitative)
• Improve layout of warehouses and corresponding organization: reduce surface and workforce.
• Lead projects on packaging's: Returnable, Standardization.
• Lead activities on stock reduction as Kanban deployment, JNI (Just needed Inventory), Scheduling, DDMRP …
• Stock accuracy: contribute to action plans, best practices sharing, optimization of “booking points” and SAP transactions.
• Contribute to HSE best practices definitions and deployment.
• Contribute to PC&L best practices and “CI Initiatives” definition: Deploy, Implement and Train Plant teams.
• Contribute to Customer satisfaction improvement (OTIF, deliveries…) and lead specific projects
• SAP Key user
• Manage corresponding KPIs.
Accountability including KPIs
• Performance of industrial supply chain
• Contribute to Customer satisfaction improvement (OTIF, deliveries…)
• P&L on main drivers: Labor, Space, Flows
• Stock accuracy
Profile (Experience & qualifications)
• Bachelor degree (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, a plus).
• APICS certification or CPIM a plus.
• Experience as project management in an automotive environment 3-5 years.
• Fluent English
• Leadership, ability to listen, communicate and convince.

• Change management, strength of proposal and pedagogy.
• Strong customer and results orientation to achieve objectives.
• Curiosity and intellectual agility to build multiple solutions in a complex environment.
• P&L and results oriented.
• Successful experience in Supply Chain Project Management in Large series industry.
• Proficiency in MIFA, MIFD, VSM tools… or equivalent
• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerBI, Visio, etc.)
• Proficiency in SAP(ideally Key User), BW
