Inviting applications for the role of Manager– Record to Report


We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire RTR process with expertise in managing a team of RTR analysts. We need someone with strong operational knowledge & proven track record of running high performing teams in RTR.

In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines in a business environment. This role may require travelling to onshore sites for Knowledge Transfer.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to RTR domain.

·       Own the end-to-end RTR process with minimum supervision.

·       Manage the RTR portfolio and maintain strong customer relations & business acumen.

·       Manage Client and Process independently and with minimum supervision.

·       Should be able to speak to the US based clients to discuss the input and resolve any queries for disputes.

·       MIS/SLA Reporting - Monthly / Weekly / Daily and Dashboard preparation

·       Actively manage the business continuity plans for the process.

·       Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work, through prioritization of team tasks.

·       Continuous coaching and developing Assistant Managers & Management Trainees: hire, assess, and document performance.

·       Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload.

·       Team management & negotiation skills. Must have a Problem-solving attitude.

·       Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency, analytical mindset to identify QPA/RPA opportunities and work with LDT team for implementation.

·       Confirm that proper escalation procedures are followed according to established business practices.

·       Should be able to communicate effectively with team and management and identify issues and concerns that may affect the performance of the job and communicate the same to leadership.

·       Understanding and Reporting of Service Level Agreement.

·       Deliver the required data for audit purposes.


Qualifications

·       Preferrable Masters in Finance, minimum Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, etc.

·       Supervisory experience in handling a team on minimum 10 resources.

·       Relevant work experience in Record to Report (General Ledger, Inter Co., Fixed Assets & project accounting).

·       Experience of working in SAP, S4HANA, Oracle HFM, Microsoft Dynamic 365

·       Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel.

·       Good Written and Verbal Communication skills in english

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.

·       Must be a positive and energetic team player.
