We are looking for a talented Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team! As a part of this team, your role will be to enhance sales execution by identifying areas of improvement and applying AI technologies to them. Some of the responsibilities this job includes are:

• Direct application of AI technologies to facilitate and enhance the day-to-day execution of sales activities.
• Oversee advanced analytics projects that use AI to forecast long-term market trends and sales performance.
• Lead initiatives to deploy AI-driven tools that assist sales teams in real-time during customer interactions and sales negotiations.
• Drive significant improvements in sales efficiency and effectiveness through the development and implementation of AI-driven sales tools.

This is an on-site position, candidates must live in Hermosillo city.

Requirements

• Advanced conversational English level (bilingual).
• Experience maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and technologies and applying it to improve processes and strategies.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in customer service (chatbots, machine learning, and natural language processing).
• Ensuring that AI-driven customer interactions comply with privacy and data security regulations.
• Experience leveraging LLMs, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, to automate manual tasks and boost the company's productivity (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) (preferred).
