Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related (graduated or in process)

Years of experience: +6 months

Excellent attitude, proactive, willing to learn and specialise in the sector.

English: intermediate

Skills/Activities:

• Basic knowledge in specialised engineering profiles (Automotive, IT)
• Use of employment platforms (Linkedin, OCC, etc.)
• Competency-based interviews
