Purpose
Through teamwork with O&T, Product, Legal, Customer Care, Risk and Finance to establish and coordinate a designated team that will have as a priority every ecommerce case pursued.
Outstanding execution of negotiations with eCommerce partner prospects, which includes:
- Commercial ability to effectively sell partnership with EVO to any eCommerce prospect.
- Deep financial analysis to have a profitable business proposal for EVO and reasonable for every.
- General Legal knowledge to have a good idea of what are the implications of every negotiated scenario within the negotiation process with the s/eComm partner prospects
To increase merchant onboarding rate by receiving merchant leads and/or onboarded merchants from the eCommerce partners. Increase indirect internal Channel sales contribution, which will be gaining share in the future To leverage internal sales force with external partnership sales forces.
Essential
Duties Required knowledge and skills (in order of importance):
- Negotiation/Selling skills for achieving successful alliances with s/eComm partners
- Financial Analysis for alternative business cases building and adjusting, as well as financial
- evaluation of ´s/eComm project financial performance.
- English proficiency (95%+) to negotiate in English with International and eCommerce-related
- enterprises
- Organizational skills to be able to form and coordinate multidisciplinary and highly effective groups of
- people.
- Project Management skills to effectively keep track and drive all s/eComm projects.
- General Legal (also likely General Tax-related) knowledge to achieve straightforward negotiations.
- Acquiring Business Knowledge desirable (but not indispensable) knowledge or background on
- payments industry, technology or systems industry could be alternatives.
- SVP will review advances once a week tops and could be requested to outlooks in a more frequent
- manner. At the beginning it will be daily.
- Should manage MIS and detailed tools for daily follow up and weekly advance reports
- O&T team for Project management coordination
- Product team for policies and priorities coordination
- Legal: For each partnership contractual conditions and revier/approval
- Customer Care: for particular negotiation conditions
- Risk: For understanding and conditions setting in every case
- Finance: For commercial conditions confirmation and follow-up.

Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of Commerce experience
- 1+ Year in the Credit Card Industry
- Analytical, work under pressure and result-oriented, interpersonal relations, database/SW management, clear and assertive communication, advanced management spreadsheets and budgets. Strong team-work skills, self-starter attitude.
