Purpose of the position:

• Establish and ensure a well-functioning bond between workers and the company in order to promote a healthy work environment and increase productivity.

Requirements:

• Schooling, labor psychology, human resources, administration and/or final degree.

• Desirable: Postgraduate

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position

• Attention and administration to personnel with Head Count of over 1500 associates.

• Advanced English

• Excellent Office Management

• Experience in union management.

Competences:

• Leadership, Negotiation and Flexibility, High sense of organization and administration.

Knowledge:

• Policies, Laws and Law procedures related to the hiring and firing of personnel.

• Personnel administration through SAP.
