Purpose of the position:
- Establish and ensure a well-functioning bond between workers and the company in order to promote a healthy work environment and increase productivity.
Requirements:
- Schooling, labor psychology, human resources, administration and/or final degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position
- Attention and administration to personnel with Head Count of over 1500 associates.
- Excellent Office Management
- Experience in union management.
Competences:
- Leadership, Negotiation and Flexibility, High sense of organization and administration.
Knowledge:
- Policies, Laws and Law procedures related to the hiring and firing of personnel.
- Personnel administration through SAP.
