The Opportunity:
To design and update the optimal PMF (Pepsico México Foods) Supply Chain Network of the different operations across all the distribution channels; taking into account safety, quality & security standards, quality & operational constrains but also profitability and costs, ensuring +95% customer service (internal and external) by maintaining optimal inventory product & resources (such as trailers, trucks, drivers, etc.) in every location. Once having an optimal model, establish a governance agenda for operational execution (cross-funcional áreas like planning, transportation, warehouse, facilities, engineering, etc.)
Furthermore, create a sustainable model for operational changes (new production lines, new warehouses, more trucks…) and scenarios due to a great dynamical operation for network (To iterate the model should be an alive process)
Your Impact:
As Network Optimization Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of
- Lead the Network Design team, creating a winning environment by supporting and coaching team growing, skills development and company exposure, but also get accountability of the position.
- Create a sustainable model from data origin and mining, then generate baseline and scenarios iteration from company changes and requirements.
- Ensure that the models have excellent adherence (reflect reality of supply chains)
- Be the point person team for cross-functional areas (engineering, projects, warehouse, transportation, production, R&D, Sales, etc.) that involves any change that could affect the established optimal network
- Provide support for training and tools to the Network Design team (hardware, software, licensing, courses…)
- Be the support for AOP process, CAPEX/OPEX projects and productivity task
- Manage requirements to deliver feasibility scenarios on time (cost-benefit analysis, logistic fees, innovations, open-close facilities, etc.)
- Ensure the operational execution of the proposed baseline model for PMF (by establishing agenda and workshops with involved areas)
- Aligning with the agendas of Network Latam and GBS.
Who Are We Looking For?
