Job Description:

Summary:

  • Responsible for reviewing incoming orders to confirm and/or correct pricing accuracy received in the order/document repository system (OnBase) and ERP System (Oracle). Enters and updates newly contracted pricing into ERP System (Oracle). Also responsible for working closely with National Accounts, Customer Service Teams, and the sales organization to communicate process improvements and/or corrective actions to help optimize pricing efficiency and accuracy. Role may require interactions with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via online chat/video or email to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews orders marked with price discrepancies in document repository system (OnBase).
  • Compares ERP system order (Oracle) with document repository system (OnBase) to ensure accurate prices are being invoiced, based on the DJO Sales Policy
  • Research contract documentation to interpret contract terms, accurate pricing, and special pricing rules.
  • Communicates with National Account Managers any pricing discrepancies not following the DJO Sales Policy
  • Communicates pricing discrepancies to respective parties, being sales organization, customer service, or customers.
  • Educates sales organization and order entry teams on recurring errors.
  • Identifies GPO or IDN affiliation on accounts with no pricing in ERP system.
  • Updates ERP system pricing or facility contract affiliation when necessary.
  • Performs other duties assigned by National Account Mangers and/or Support Managers


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual role - must be proficient with written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand medical device contract language with high accuracy
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast passed environment with strict deadlines and extreme high-level attention to details
  • Three or more years of detailed data entry experience
  • Three or more years of customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate and write routine correspondence to internal and external customers
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to multi-task between multiple applications with ease and accuracy
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of PDF Documents, Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Oracle or similar ERP software
  • Keyboard and 10 key skills to include both accuracy and speed
