In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our top global bakery accounts. You will leverage your expertise in R&D and the bakery industry to become a trusted advisor to our main client, identifying their needs and challenges and developing customized solutions that drive their success.Responsibilities: Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key global account. Partner with internal R&D teams to identify innovative ingredient solutions that meet the specific needs of your clients. Collaborate with client R&D teams to develop and launch new bakery products. Stay current on industry trends and consumer preferences, translating that knowledge into actionable insights for your clients. Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your client relationships and projects. Foster a collaborative environment that drives open communication and problem-solving with your clients. Travel to meet with client. Industria de alimentos|Gerente de R&D Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in R&D within the bakery industry. Proven experience in managing and developing client relationships. Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, product development processes, and food safety regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel internationally (as necessary). A collaborative and results-oriented work style. Fluency in English.
