Our group companies design, manufacture and market equipment that meets the needs of different telecoms markets: fixed, private, mobile and data center networks. Our capacity for adaptation and anticipation makes it possible to develop products corresponding to customer requirements as well as constantly evolving markets. We serves customers in different countries, and has subsidiaries located in Europe, Latin America and Africa.


Global mission

Define, set up and animate the local product policy in adequation with the company's marketing strategy, while ensuring the positioning and the product management locally. Organize and manage all marketing activities of the Mexican and CALA region. Define the marketing action plans and ensure they are well respected by the team locally. Be responsible for the overall performance of its market, while contributing to the sales and Gross margin objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Compare company's product to competitor's product
  • Translating the customer request in detailed requirement and specifications
  • Coordinate and monitor the product development working closely with internal departments (R&D, purchasing, production, procurement, etc)
  • Define the condition of product validation and marketing authorization.
  • Accompany industrialization with our manufacturers and production sites.
  • Manage the offer and the product life cycle: designation, evolutions (price, packaging, internal datas…), margins…
  • Define technical data sheets of the product and sales arguments
  • Provide support and tools to sales team: sales pitch, demos, answering technical request, setting up the offer, costing, presentation materials…
  • Co-pilot calls for tenders with the Product Line Manager
  • Identifying any new market and product opportunity, while qualifying its interest for the Company
  • Gathering market data, analyzing and anticipating requirements and expectations while studying competition
  • Participating to the definition of the strategic development plan in regards to new products (Make or Buy decision)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Product Management, Engineering or mechanical field.
  • Sales / Marketing
  • Technical knowledge or the products
  • P&L understanding
  • English level C1/C2 and French
