Descripción

We are looking for a ING SOPORTE TEC SR (TSM) ZONA NORTE MEXICO talent, to join our specialized MARKETING team for our ENGINE department for NUEVO LEON, MEXICO.

In this position you will have an impact by:

-       Providing technical support and training to clients after the sale of the product; troubleshooting technical problems. May provide technical training to customer's staff. Recommending product improvements to design staff in response to customer feedback.

-       Supporting counterparts in strengthening their relations in customer partnerships.

-       Working with sales force, customers, and potential customers regarding the resolution of technical or engineering issues that affect the sales, installation, and utilization of the company's products.

-       Proposing changes in products and services that result in cost reductions and increased sales.

-       Providing sales force coaching focused on technical development.

-       Evaluating products and solutions based on customer requirements.

-       Participating in all technical aspects of the sale.

-       Preparing operating manuals, referencing materials or training materials for customers and the sales force.

-       Six Sigma certification and involvement to improve customer operating costs and product reliability/durability.

-       Mentoring and growing less experienced technical support specialists.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

-       The position requires the supervision and leadership of the Regional Distributors support team; therefore, it is important to consider the following skills:

o  Leadership: effective leader, capable of inspiring and motivating their team. They should be able to set a clear vision and guide the team towards common goals.

o  Communication: capable of conveying information clearly and concisely to their team. They should also be a good listener and be open to the opinions and suggestions of their team.

o  Data analysis skills; be able to analyze sales data to make informed and strategic decisions. They should be able to identify trends, pinpoint areas of opportunity, and establish action plans to improve results.

o  Strategic thinking: think strategically and anticipate and prepare for changes in the market. They should be able to develop effective plans and strategies to achieve long-term sales objectives.

o  English intermediate.
