The main responsibilities are to:

• Administer, design, and ensure compliance with collections processes
• Oversee department objectives through the development and execution of budget business plans.
• Establish goals and targets for the collection of payments.
• Implement policies and procedures for the collection of outstanding debts to prevent excessive bad debt.
• Employ, train, and evaluate employees within the collections department to ensure enough personnel are available to handle the workload.

Profile

Professional degree is required. English advanced is a must. Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, payment systems and insurance company guidelines. Customer Service and/or Collection experience of 1 year. Leadership experience of 1 year. Service oriented, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
