Profile:

• Bachelor in IT or Systems
• +2 Years experience in technical Support (End Users)
• +3 Years experience in system administrator (office facilities)
• Good communication skill (Directors Support)
• Remote hands of telecom/Infra (support)
• Advance Software/Hardware troubleshooting
• Advance experience in 365 Suite
• Experience in CCTV, Acces Control
• Network/WiFi knowledge
• 7x24 availability (remote support and calls)
• Computers Warranties
• Language:Spanish / English
