Who are we looking for?
Customer service representatives (CSRs) are the front-line support within organizations that sell products and services to consumers and businesses. In consumer sales focused companies, customer service reps provide phone-based support to customers to help resolve product issues, answer account and billing questions, and in some cases, make new sales. In services-focused companies whose sales are business-to-business in nature, a CSR will usually solve specific product quality or integration issues. In such cases, a rep will work closely with an account manager or sales representative.
Technical Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in an experimentation analyst or admin assistant role.
Process Skills:
· Development and support for accounts
· Forecast, update, and follow up with different departments.
· Specialized Supply Chain data management activities
· Manage of SAP/S4-EXCEL-OUTLOOK
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· High level of attention to detail
· Ariba, Coupa management
Monthly call reports (Genesys Cloud)
Ticket Creation and management.
Behavioral Skills:
· Professional demeanor, initiative to work independently, but also ability to accept and follow instructions.
· Ability to read and write documents in English is a must.
· Ability to fluently communicate in English is a big plus.
· Work closely with internal teams to identify system requirements.
Certification:
· Graduate Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
