– CUSTOMER SERVICE •

Act as a call center for the subsidiary´s area.

• Answer by email and by phone to 100% of client queries (product information, product availability, order follow up, delivery, return procedure, complaints, miscellaneous…)

• Forward queries to the relevant people if needed (store, management, after-sales…)

• Ensure all the requests are closed within the targeted time frame and with the highest quality of service.

EDUCATION

Degree in related field of study, Marketing, Communications and 

Administration

PROFESSIONAL 

EXPERIENCE 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

TECHNICAL 

KNOWLEDGE Product knowledge and luxury sensitive 

LANGUAGES Native Spanish and Advanced English
