Responsibilities
- Guarantee the reliability and records of customer requirements EDI in SAP system.
- Responsible for ensuring that shipments are comply with the windows established by customers and deliveries are on time and in proper form and avoid any impact.
- Negotiate increases and decreases in customer demand in order to ensure compliance with the contracted terms and the monthly sales objective.
- Maintain constant communication with the engineering, planning, production and shipping areas for production scheduling and timely export.
- Follow up with the production scheduler for compliance with deliveries.
- Coordinate the transportation of shipments with the customer carries.
- Verify the correct transmission of ASN for shipments.
- Manage customer supply system
- Responsible for reporting performance indicators in customer service on compliance and delivery claims,
Experience & Background Requirements
- English – Strong oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service Division preferred but not mandatory
- Strong process background
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas and data tables)
