Accounts Payable

Essential Requirements:

Education:

• Public Accountant or related .

Work experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles within companies.
• Proven experience in accounts payable management.
• Proficiency in accounting principles.
• Experience in bank reconciliations and cash flows.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in handling credits with financial institutions, including understanding of amortization tables.
• Knowledge of CFDI invoicing, XML, version 4.0.
• Understanding of Mexican accounting and tax laws.
• Languages: Fluent in English, oral and written.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all accounts payable operations.
• Implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to accounts payable.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance department efficiency.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate payment terms.
