Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as Project Manager
• Ability to negotiate with clients and others
• Autonomous structuring of projects, high team management and self-organization skills, effective risk management and mitigation plans, use of project software.
• Experience in technology projects (you do not have to be technical, but you must understand technology language).
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship skills, teamwork, positive influence on teams, great team conciliation and conflict resolution skills, communication skills.
• Complete professional English proficiency (at least B2 verifiable).
• Able to work 2 or 3 days at office in Mexico City.
• Desirable: Knowledge in Scrum Methodology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Planning, design, and implementation of the transition from one technology or business process to another.
2. Provide leadership focus on aspects of change, including people, business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structural changes.
3. Oversees all change management aspects of large scale programs and responsible for the change management success of programs.
4. Ability to recommend strategy to mitigate risks.
5. Ensures that all defined change management deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
6. Collaborates with project sponsors and the project teams to ensure success.
7. Involved in the development of the change management discipline including standards, guidelines and procedures.
