Description
Talent Planning & Acquisition
* Collaborate proactively with School Heads and Hiring Managers to understand needs
and deliver quality recruitment, ensuring a consistent process and seamless experience.
* Build and manage a talent pool of international and local teachers for current and future
job openings across our school portfolio, in the region and per country.
* Establish and manage a regional pool of supply teachers, ensuring business continuity.
* Support talent planning and internal mobility across the group.
Employer Branding & Candidate Generation
* Proactively source and attract candidates via direct channels including job boards, social
media, job fairs, employee referrals and recruitment partners.
* Develop and maintain a preferred supplier list (PSL) of agency partners.
Quality of Hire
* Qualify candidates based on Inspired talent standards, ensuring a rigorous selection
process.
* Up-skill recruitment capability of Academic Leaders and HR teams through coaching and
training.
* Manage and optimise international teacher sourcing channels in the region.
* Support diversity & inclusion initiatives and embed them in our talent proposition.
Recruitment Data & Technology
* Update Success Factors applicant tracking system in real-time with accuracy & integrity.
* Assist in the automation and standardisation of the recruitment cycle, with a focus on
embedding and policing the Success Factors ATS.
* Produce and analyse recruitment MI & talent metrics to shape our approach.
Continuous Improvement & Projects
* Support the development and implementation of strategic talent projects (EVP
development, internal & global mobility framework, onboarding, etc.).
* Strive for continuous improvement in our talent model, people, processes, and
technology.
* Actively share knowledge, best practices, and new ideas across the People team.
