Jr. Fulfillment and Shipping Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

?Assist in the fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing

products for shipment.

?Ensure all shipping activities comply with company policies, procedures, and

applicable regulations.

?Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and product

integrity.

?Maintain organized and accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.

?Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and improve

efficiency.

?Assist in resolving shipping issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints in a

timely manner.

?Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock

reconciliation.

?Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and labels.

?Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply

chain department.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment, shipping, or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping platforms.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

• English speaking is a plus
