ABOUT THIS ROLE


Our Software Quality Assurance Analyst assist with Test Management for Spanish IVR for one of our large clients. The ideal candidate creates, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and troubleshoots Test suit for IVR application for business unit & function. They will work in a collaborative onshore and offshore team.

Maintain industry standards as relates to quality assurance in Spanish & English IVR product. Responsible for creation, documentation, enhancement, and maintenance of Test artifacts. Responsible for Test Execution, defect management & reporting.


WHAT YOU' WILL DO:



  • Work with team in Agile methodology.
  • Create Test strategy and Test plan.
  • Create test cases for IVR in Spanish and English languages.
  • Assist & guide other teams with Spanish IVR (creation and execution of test cases).
  • Create, modify, update & Execute Automation Test suit using CYARA.
  • Execute test cases manually and on Postman as well as other simulators.
  • Participate in Troubleshooting (root cause analysis) and debugging of defects.
  • Manage defect lifecycle.
  • Document Test results & give demo by end of sprint and participate in other Agile ceremonies.
  • Provide Daily status report to Customer and leads.
  • Update JIRA & Zephyr for stories and Test cases & other artifacts.
  • Communicate effectively with a positive and confident attitude.
  • Maintain (ongoing) suite of automated test cases.


WHO YOU ARE



  • 4+ years of experience as a Spanish IVR Test Analyst
  • Thorough knowledge of Zephyr & JIRA
  • Thorough knowledge of CYARA & Postman and other Test simulation tools
  • Thorough knowledge & experience in Testing processes & lifecycle, including but not limited to testing standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Good Email & communication skills.
  • Proficient in translating requirements to test cases.
  • Experience in Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN methodologies.
  • Experience in Test Automation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.


WORK ENVIRONMENT



  • Position 100% remote in Mexico.
