Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) are a global team that are accountable for many of the IT tools and services that directly contribute to the effectiveness of our AstraZeneca colleagues.

We partner locally in more than 60 global business sites for service delivery and IT experience and are accountable for all infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations and End User services and technologies.

ETS also manages many of the large IT contracts at AZ, as well as partnering with large organisations on behalf of AZ to deliver value and innovation through new and existing capabilities and services.

About The role

As part of Global Commercial Operations, the E2E Campaign Operator will design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor email campaigns and landing pages using the Adobe Campaign Management tool. This includes interfacing with local market MCRM PMs and agencies to clarify requirements, ensure campaign is built to meet business outcomes by reviewing campaign build and testing trigger events. The Campaign Operator will collaborate regularly with the Email/Content Build Team, Systems Team, Reporting Team, and Email PMs (project managers) to ensure all tasks related to E2E campaign are thoroughly thought through during the campaign life cycle; including monitoring for ongoing campaigns.

The E2E Capaing Operator will be accountable for:
  • Gather requirements for asset/email build, build the survey pages/microsites, review the pages, review the documents and work with Omnichannel Implementation Leaders/Specialists/Agencies to secure the approval for deployment.
  • New Email Marketing Build (Asset Build): Assist in the project management, including build and deployment of email marketing assets based on complexity of email build classifications (Simple or Medium or Complex).
  • Build Cycle -Build to established standards, code and tag assets according to established standards and AstraZeneca tagging plan, test of tagging and preparation of documentation for AstraZeneca Medical Legal Regulatory ("MLR") review.
  • New Landing Page/Microsite Build- Development of simple, maximum three (3) page microsites or landing pages including browser page (within the Adobe Campaign System) that are required for the launch of a campaign.
  • Build in accordance with the Campaign Business Requirements (include html coding for dynamic content): Build a campaign whether it is Multichannel/Omnichannel in the tool based on BRD (Business Requirements Document).
  • Segmentation Lite: HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) or consumer group segmentation based on simple BRDs (for clarity, leveraging existing customer attributes) e.g. generate list of HCP based on specialty and zip code grouping.
  • Asset Link/Metadata Testing: Ability to test accuracy of links and metadata in campaigns, particularly when integrated with 3rd party vendors or sites.
  • Execution - Run the campaign execution tool, send the campaign through identified channels and create post campaign logs.


Requirements

Essential
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in campaign development.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, ability to maintain valued relationships across various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, flexible team player

Desirable
  • Adobe Campaign/Neolane or any other Marketing Automation Tool (Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with Omnichannel marketing campaign design and implementation and/or with brand teams, executing promotions or campaigns.
  • Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management.
  • Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media solutions and strategies.
  • Experience with marketing customer data models
