The Opportunity: Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing, as the Product Manager you will be responsible for the brands in a therapeutic area taking care of the full life cycle of the products, developing, and implementing the strategy according to market and customer's needs. You will strategically analyze the data, market, customers, and all resources available to identify and capitalize the opportunity in the market having a return of investment, as well as, developing new business opportunities or new projects for the brands. The Role: Define Product Vision: Clear understanding of the company strategic view in the short and long term to adapt it to the brand and establish the strategic pathway and clear direction to follow and to achieve objectives. Define resources and financial impact of the vision Develop Brand Strategy: Create, Define, and implement the strategy of the brands or therapeutic area according to Companies objectives. Including objectives, KPI's, Tactic and Communication Plan. Gives Follow – up to ensure the strategy is being implemented according to plan and resources and can make changes or adaptations according to market situation and company environment. Have the knowledge in Digital Marketing to develop initiatives as part of the Brand Strategy generating innovation. Analyze the market: Consider all the data available to make market analysis, market trends, customer's needs, tenders, consumption trends, competitors, and others. To generate a well look of the market to implement the strategy according to this. Lead and coordinate the work with multidisciplinary teams: Work with all the areas in the company in specific projects according to the strategy to achieve company results. Show strong collaboration in the process to exchange ideas, actions and define point of views. Review, analyze and ensure the strategy of the product is implemented to ensure the progress: Define an action plan to share with the Sales Team to be implemented, gives follow-up and track results. Sales / Demand Forecasting: Develop and Project Sales and Demand in a 5-year scenario, including all the market trends, sectors, and internal assumptions to achieve accuracy required. Has an active participation in S&OP Process. OPEX Management: Manage budget assign to the brands according to plan, priorities and return of investment of the brand. Execute the OPEX in time and according to the strategy Business Relationships: Build effective working relationships with key external customers, including trade/channel partners, Health Care Providers, Channel Partners, leaders, and patient advocacy groups to positively position the company externally, as well as internal stakeholders. Work in collaboration with all the Sales, Medical, Market Access, Operations and Finance and can influence and to work in a challenging and creative environment. Product Launches: Lead new product launches including, planning, execution, and follow-up according to company expectations, considering an integral plan complemented by all areas working. Use Project tool to monitor the launch. Your Skills and Experience: English: Advanced and Fluent, able to Present, Communicate and Write in English. Marketing, Science or Business University degree (required). Postgraduate or MBA degree (considered a “plus”). Solid track record in the pharmaceutical industry on Marketing Department roles (essential), with 5 to 7 years of product manager Solid track record in Managing Specialist Care therapeutic area (not devices) products with at least one to two years Our Benefits We encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
