We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Ledger Supervisor to oversee our finance team with a focus on reconciliations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing leadership and guidance to the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general ledger accounting and proven supervisory experience. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the general ledger accounting team, including the reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations and adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Review reconciliation processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to accounting staff to support their professional development. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of reconciliation activities. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices.
