MATERIALS MANAGER

QUERETARO, QRO.

American automotive metal mechanics company, leader in global seat manufacturing.

As Materials Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring deliveries to customers on time and at cost, through adequate planning and monitoring of the purchase of direct materials and production, warehouse management, maintenance of inventories at optimal levels and the proper use of the ERP system.

Your task will be:

·      Ensure planning parameters in MRP system

·      Timely issue clearances for direct material suppliers according to the MRP.

·      Follow up on the timely delivery of direct materials by suppliers.

·      Ensure that the process of receiving direct materials in the raw materials warehouse is carried out accurately.

·      Manage warehouses in accordance with the provisions of the Quality System and the best practices in the industry.

·      Monitor and ensure optimal inventory levels of purchased parts, WIP and PT.

·      Establishment of weekly production work plan

·      Tracking shipments and customer billing                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

To be successful in this role you will need:

·      Finished professional career

·      Fluent conversational English

·      Minimum 5 years of experience as a Materials Manager

·      Experience in a metal mechanic company with welding, stamping and tool room processes

·      Knowledge of MRP System

·      Knowledge of CTPAT

·      Advanced Excel management

·      Experience in inventory management

·      Knowledge of import and export
