About the Job: We are seeking a Full-time Logistics Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our team on-site in Saltillo, Coah, Mex. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and tracking imported and exported cargo for our clients. This role will include interacting with customers and carriers, scheduling shipments, verifying order accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service.

• On-site (Saltillo, Coah, Mx).
• Night shift ( 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM )
• 4 days per week / 12 hrs shift / 3 days off per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service using excellent quality performance.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and directives as outlined by leadership and the company guidelines.
• Utilize a Transportation Management System (TMS) for assigning loads, tracking & and monitoring shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to optimize logistics operations.
• Participates in routine meetings to follow production pumps for anticipated completion/ready-to-ship by dates.
• Maintain the Master Freight Tracker for all loads booked.
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, including proper documentation and labeling.
• Act as a point of contact for any logistics-related issues or emergencies
• Monitors and enforces transit time guidelines to benefit customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from a four-year college is mandatory; 0-2 years of related experience and/or training in an operational and logistics environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Solid knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:

The position is in an indoor, office environment, and requires the ability to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors verbally and in writing, sit/stand for long periods, and operate typical office equipment.
