An important global client leader in manufacturing industry is looking for "Sr. HR Generalist" in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

General Objective:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psicology or Business Administration, Human Resources, or related area
• Advance English Level
• At least 5 years of experience working in Human Resources in manufacturing plants
• Solid experience dealing with labor unions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
