What do we ask for?

• 6+ months of recruiting experience
• Personal laptop or PC
• Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
• Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Availability to work one of the following fixed schedules of your choice Monday through Friday:   

1. From 7 am till 4 pm (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break) - Mexico city time zone
2. From 8 am till 5 pm (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break) - Mexico city time zone
3. From 9 am till 6 pm (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break) - Mexico city time zone  

What does this role involve?

• Recruit top talent for various job openings in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, etc.
• Conduct screening phone calls with qualified candidates preselected for you by a team of sourcers
• Assist in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with our clients
• Cooperate with the team of Account Managers based in the US on selecting the best-qualified candidates for our clients' job openings
