Description

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our top global bakery accounts. You will leverage your expertise in R&D and the bakery industry to become a trusted advisor to our main client, identifying their needs and challenges and developing customized solutions that drive their success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key global account.
• Partner with internal R&D teams to identify innovative ingredient solutions that meet the specific needs of your clients.
• Collaborate with client R&D teams to develop and launch new bakery products.
• Stay current on industry trends and consumer preferences, translating that knowledge into actionable insights for your clients.
• Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your client relationships and projects.
• Foster a collaborative environment that drives open communication and problem-solving with your clients.
• Travel to meet with client.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in R&D within the bakery industry.
• Proven experience in managing and developing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of bakery ingredients, product development processes, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally (as necessary).
• A collaborative and results-oriented work style.
• Fluency in English.
