This role is crucial for enhancing the client's Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process by implementing and optimizing technical solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR).

Position with option of hybrid role in Mexico City or Monterrey, or fully remote work for applicants in other cities.

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and Optimization:

  • Implement and optimize Kinaxis RR solutions specifically in modules related to supply chain and demand planning.
  • Ensure seamless integration of these tools with existing systems and processes.

• SIOP Process Management:

  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, and operations teams to align and integrate plans.
  • Use data analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and optimize inventory levels.

• Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the implemented solutions.
  • Develop documentation and training materials as needed.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the SIOP process.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in supply chain management and demand planning.

Profile

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing technical solutions for Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) and/or BlueYonder.
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain and demand planning modules.
  • Proven track record of working within a SIOP framework.

• Skills:

  • Advanced english level is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
