Descripción

Join our team as Payroll Director and lead the management of payroll and benefits for our employees in Mexico.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of these processes, supporting, standardization and continuous improvements in an environment with approximately 7,000 collaborators.

You will work closely with the Finance Director, Payroll and Social security teams overseeing the workflow and interaction among them and with other areas; ensuring all the deliverables and operations are carried out accurately, complying with national regulations and internal payroll standards.

 

As payroll director the responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for strategizing the well performance of the payroll and social security process

• Ensure compliance with both internal processes and the authorities and new regulations involved.

• Serve as an expert in the subject matter to Payroll, Social Security and related.

• Maintain direct contact with the clients to whom the service is provided.

• Monitor the correct implementation of Payroll and Social Security practices and policies

• Be an ally in the sales strategy of payroll services and implementation of projects through the establishment and supervision of KPIs and SLAs.

• Collaborate in the review of services and continuous improvement of them

• Develop risk and contingency control plans, guaranteeing the payment of collaborators and the security of the business.

• Promote team commitment to our company's core values.

 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related fields. Master's degree desirable.

• At least +8 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits in Mexico or Human Resources Operations with extensive knowledge of payroll operational activities (Taxes, Labor - Social Security regulations, Fonacot, Infonavit, etc.)

•Expert in Payroll Softwares

• Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employment contracts.

• High command of Microsoft 365 Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Intermediate English language skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong management, advice and guidance skills for work teams.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships.
