Position: Desktop Support Engineer Job Description: Service Now Tool, AD, SCCM, Imaging , autopilot, Intune ,iPhones, Office 365, Windows10/ 11, Video Conference room support. Printer Issues. Hardware Troubleshooting, Blue Screen Error ,Hardware Issues. Encryption, Network Support , Printers and MDM( Mobile device Management) We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all desktop systems and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second level support for desktop systems, software applications, and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and software errors. Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software components. Collaborate with IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of all desktop systems and peripherals. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user support guides. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems. Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components and peripherals. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Additional Information: This is a full-time position based in our office. The Desktop Support Engineer will report to the IT Manager and work closely with the IT team to ensure the efficient operation of all desktop systems.
