Objective / Purpose of the Function:

The Communication & Social Media Specialist will provide the exhibition, preparation and production of photographic and audiovisual material in video and /or digital animation that facilitate the visual exhibition of the organization's information to internal and external people, as well as promote the corporate culture and vision.

Principal Responsibilities

• Desing of organizational advertisements for distribution by email in HTML format and screens, in addition to the multimedia measures and formats that the other communication channels agree upon.
• Security alerts for distribution by email and screens, in addition to the measures and formats that other communication channels agree upon.
• Design and structuring of presentations.
• Management of users on the digital platforms Meta & LinkedIn
• Recruitment tools, referring to advertisements distributed in thematic job search groups with links to registration forms created by the recruitment department.
• Production of posters for printing and digital distribution with positions and active descriptions.
• Messaging center with attention in less than 24 hours, for doubts of users who navigate the platforms
• Production of content.
• Management of social activities open to the general public such as contests, raffles and others designed to attract and retain users carried out by Meta platform.
• Production and publication of graphic materials information of the requesting departments.
• Design of printing materials such as policies, signs, blackboard announcements, invitations, diplomas, and any other appropriate application.
• Process and production of training and inductive materials in multimedia and interactive courses.
• Consulting for the segmentation of communication strategies in the implementation of improvements to corporate culture and production methodologies
• Support to requesting departments for the implementation of improvements to general information collection processes with prior approval from the information Technology department.
• Spellman Comunica email administration supporting to all areas that need to communicate information in the organization.

Competences / abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relationships or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Communication & Human Resources.
• Proven work experience as a Communication Specialist.
• Excellent design, communication and programing tools management skills (Expert)
• Analytical and goal oriented (Expert)
• Thorough knowledge of Digital Communication (Expert)
• Full understanding of all HR & Communication functions and best practices (Expert)
• Advance Microsoft Office. (Expert)
• English (Expert)
