Job Summary The IT Intern (Student ) will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus. Here is a glimpse of what you'll do: Support on a global operations environment, been the technical assistant to collaboration platforms tickets (Zoom, Teams, etc.) Interact with multiple organizational levels to solve IT related network and cloud requisitions. Will be responsible for operations and support of collaborative and productive. Collaboration support. Project execution, Automation processes. Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management processes. Here is some of what you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related. Conversational English is a must. Available to work Monday to Friday 10:00am- 7:00pm Previous basic knowledge on collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Zoom, Outlook) as user. Scripting Knowledge is also a plus. Data base knowledge is also a plus. Development skills is also a plus.
